Ben and Kate ...plus great

Forgive the bad pun. Or don't. Either way, the time has come for me to blog about this show.

Words cannot describe how great I think it is. I discovered it on a busy, midterm-panicked weekend at home, when the TV was on for some reason while I was studying. FX was showing a marathon of Ben and Kate, and I had never seen nor heard about it before. It immediately caught my attention by how cozy it looked. Then, to my surprise, it was really funny.

It doesn't even really matter what it's about; JUST WATCH IT. It's 1000x funnier than everything else that's on TV (I'm not one to think the New Girl is that funny, or the Mindy Project) and 1000x cozier. However, I think it is going to be canceled because of ratings (which I would argue are irrelevant in the "digital age", where no one watches TV shows on a TV anymore, at their designated slot time. We watch shows online. So account for THAT MOTHAF**CKASS jk but really they should count that as ratings. Unless they already do and I just don't know about it.)

So please, try to "tune in" on Tuesdays at 8:30 PM, FOX network so we can save the show! (if you're as obsessed with it as I am).
(the marathon was on FX, but the show is on FOX)

I'm sick of mediocre shows being picked up again and again, while "gems" get left in the dust.

P.S. In regards to my previous post about being fed up with fucked up news:
I sent Google a business proposal today (which is the only way to suggest things to them), proposing that they add a category in Google News called "Good News". I think it will affect the way the new generation perceives the world while reassuring older generations that not everything has completely gone to hell. That doesn't sound very convincing because I'm tired, but I believe that something like this will truly impact the quality of life. (I'm not suggesting that we ignore "bad news", I'm just suggesting that it will reduce the imbalance between "good and evil").

Anyways, GOODNIGHT!

Honestly

I'm really tired of fucking up things happening

Such as: Someone being pushed onto a subway track and a bystander TAKING A PICTURE of him, right before the train hits him.

I don't even know what to say. I could be all preachy and be like "What has the world come to?" or "It makes me sick." but honestly nothing amounts to how it makes me feel.

It's a mixture of depression and fear.

and worry.
